Firstly, check whether the cutting scale and expansion allowance of the board are qualified, and pay special attention to leaving sufficient and uniform expansion gaps; The coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction of the board is different from that of the supporting frame, and a margin needs to be left to accept wind pressure, snow pressure, etc. Therefore, sufficient space for embedding and thermal expansion and contraction should be reserved.

Identify the UV resistant side of the board surface and install it facing outward. It is strictly prohibited to install the UV resistant side facing inward; When installing the board, the protective film covering the board will affect the bonding between the sealant and the board. Therefore, before installing, lift the protective film around the board by 5-10cm, and do not let the profile clamp the protective film. However, do not lift it too much to avoid damaging the board surface due to operation.
